For the love of Weird, Wonderful and Wild. 

Ten years ago, dRiFFt started with a simple idea: go somewhere, see something, come back with a story. Preferably a good one. We chased live music, cheap flights, road-trips of every color, unfamiliar cities, long trails, big mountains, festival fields, strange little corners of culture and the weird, wonderful wild people who make it interesting.

Sometimes the magic was standing shoulder-to-shoulder with 5,000 strangers screaming the same lyrics. Sometimes it was standing completely alone at the end of a trail wondering why on earth I thought 14 miles sounded reasonable. sometimes it meant becoming disproportionately invested in something entirely unexpected — Swedish heavy metal, the mystery of the Marfa Lights, modern classical piano, a Down-Under sapphire hunt, a roadside oddity, a local ritual, a place you had no intention of loving – but very much do.

A decade later, we’re still chasing it.

We believe: curiosity is good for you, comfort zones are wildly overrated, stories matter, and the world is generally more interesting when you wander off-script. Come as you are.
